With our unique 30-minute consultations, you can truly connect with clients and provide exceptional care that will leave your clients happily amazed.
We hold biannual salary reviews, putting you in charge of how much you earn based on your contribution.
We vet our clients carefully to ensure that each one is a great fit. With 75% of our clients being monthly subscription members, we build long-lasting relationships founded on trust and genuine care. Plus, we let go of unsuitable clients to maintain a joyful, productive workplace. You should only work with those you enjoy.**What We Offer:**
Flexible Working Hours: Choose between a part-time schedule (27 hours over 3 days) for experienced vets or a full-time role (36 hours over 4 days) for recent graduates.
Competitive Salary: Start your journey with us at £35k for either role (up to £50k with bi-annual salary reviews), plus an attractive CPD allowance of £2k to fuel your growth. Partnership opportunities for the right person.
Quality Over Quantity: With a maximum of 15 consultations and 3 procedures a day, you can focus on delivering real value.
Work-Life Balance: With weekends off (no routine Saturday or Sunday work) and ZERO evening call-outs, you can fully recharge and enjoy your time outside work.
