How to Make a Complaint
- Submit your complaint in writing (email or letter), including your full name, your pet’s name, and a clear summary of your concerns with relevant dates/details.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days, usually via the same method you used to contact us.
- Your complaint will be reviewed confidentially. This may involve checking clinical, appointment, and billing records, reviewing communications, and speaking with relevant team members.
- We aim to provide a full written response within 4 weeks. This will include a summary of your concerns, confirmation of the investigation, our findings, and any explanations, apologies, or actions (where appropriate).
- If more than 4 weeks is required, we will inform you before the deadline, explain the delay, and provide a revised response timeframe.
We take all complaints seriously and use them as an opportunity to learn, improve, and provide the best possible care. Thank you for allowing us to review your concerns.
